Illimité. Flexible. Secrètement obstiné.

Être entrepreneur, c’est comme être un couteau suisse. La différence, c’est qu’en plus d’avoir les outils pour solutionner le(s) problème(s), il faut savoir comment utiliser tel ou telle ressource. Si on ne l’a pas, la chercher et surtout, la trouver. Si ça ne va pas, changer et ré-essayer.

A priori, je dirai qu’il faut avoir une vision illimitée. Il s’agit de suivre un plan, qu’on a rarement précis, et si on pense que c’est le cas, c’est une erreur qui peut faire mal. Il faut s’adapter en fonction des obstacles et contraintes qui se trouvent sur nos chemins. Ça peut faire bateau… C’est ma stricte vérité.

Être flexible est essentiel. Je ne compte plus les erreurs, les chutes, les ajustements, les remises en question, moments de solitude et prise de mon courage, à deux mains ! C’est important de parler de ce que l’on fait et de chercher de l’aide parce que personnellement, chaque personne qui m’a soutenue et continue de m’encourager, renforce ma volonté et ma résistance pour arriver aux bouts de mes objectifs.

Heureusement, je suis particulièrement positive et si un événement est  à priori négatif, je me convaincs que c’est une leçon de la vie, une épreuve que je dois vivre de la manière la plus « digne » possible pour affronter l’avenir, que c’est une préparation..

Pour finir cette article de présentation de ma philosophie de l’entrepreneur, je dirais qu’il faut être secrètement obstiné. J’entends par là que toute personne qui se lance dans la création de son activité, en indépendant, le fait pour une raison principale. Elle a une vision de ce qu’elle désire vraiment. Il faut la conserver ! En prendre bien soin, au plus profond de votre être, et manager vos efforts, les événements et occasions de votre vie, pour un jour, atteindre cet ultime objectif.
